What is Arch M Gaming, and how does it work?

Arch M Gaming is a mobile gaming trailer that brings the ultimate gaming experience to you! It’s equipped with multiple gaming stations, allowing you to book it for a specific time at your location. Perfect for birthdays, events, or gatherings, it’s a convenient and fun way to entertain guests.

What types of games are available in the trailer?

We offer a range of popular games for various ages, including family-friendly titles and options for teens and adults. If you want to include “M” rated games, please let us know in advance, as adult approval is required.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date and time. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remainder due 7 days before the event.

Last minute bookings are accepted 24 hours in advance or 12 hours before although the full amount will be due upon booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

If you need to reschedule, contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a new date. Cancellation refunds depend on how close to the event you cancel:

   – Full deposit refund for cancellations 1 month in advance.

   – 50% deposit refund for cancellations 3 weeks in advance.

   – 20% deposit refund for cancellations 2 weeks in advance.

   – No refund for cancellations within a week of the event.

Do you charge a travel fee to come to my location?

Travel within 30 km of Berrinba, QLD, is included. For locations further than 30 km, additional fees apply based on distance. 

What are the parking and power requirements for the gaming trailer?

You’ll need a safe, level parking space (at least 20m in length) and access to two 10-amp power outlets. If power isn’t available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

What if I need additional time on the day of the event?

If our schedule allows, we may be able to extend your booking. Additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

What types of consoles and equipment are available?

Our trailer features the latest gaming consoles, including popular options like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, Virtual reality, along with high-definition TVs and comfortable seating. We keep our equipment updated for the best gaming experience.
